Return Policy

Upon receipt of the consignment, if there is any visible damage please refuse the package or make note of any damages to the carton on the delivery receipt , so as to have a record of the damage. If the unit is refused initially or the machine / equipment is found to be damaged after inspection, please contact Santec immediately. The company will then have a new replacement unit sent out and the old one picked up at no charge.

For deliveries where there is no visible damage please inspect materials immediately and if there are any damages or the unit is not in working condition (defective) please contact Santec, so the damaged unit is replaced.

Santec reserves the right to refuse returns for any reasons other than those stated in the above paragraphs. However, if the machine / equipment is returned for some particular reasons, the company will charge fees for restocking and shipping.
